What addons do you use for raiding?:
Big wigs(prev used DBM, but I like Big wigs better), Tidy Plates, Shadow Unit Frames (To have a better overview of the raid when healing), TinyDPS (To reflect on performance, help myself and others to perform better(Although healing is more about having a good overview of the raid than performance in most cases -imo))

Why did you consider us? :
I found your post on Kazzak forums, and found your guild to be the most attractive for me. I very much enjoyed the part to have quality over quantity and using less time than competitors and still have a better progress.
In general I find us to have very similar goals and I would like to focus 100% on raiding, as this is the reason I play.
Why should we consider you? :
You should consider me, because I take raiding serious.
I started playing Worlds of Draenor, when Taanan Jungle came out - with the single purpose to find a raiding guild with ambitions, without using a high amount of time.
As I only just started in Draenor, I haven't had much time to develop my gearing, however I hope you would help me with this, as I will thrive to help you and myself to be the best.
I have previously raidet in WoW Classic on my Holy paladin (Currently 90, planning to lvl it - when I find the time), in wotlk I played on my warlock, in a high-end guild (Making him one of the best geared warlocks on the server(Sunstrider-EU) for Ulduar ).
and YES, I do fail, and I know that others fail as well, however the most important thing is that we learn from it and help each other to progress. If we fail, we learn.
Being prepared is important to me , but it is equally important that others are prepared.
I also use pages like Icy-veins, howtopriest.com, class forums and other stuff to learn and see what others do, to optimize on raiding.
What is your availability? (what days can you raid? do you have specific hours that you can raid for?)
Week days, as you guys have, suits me perfect. Also the raiding hours is fine by me, as my game time limits me to evenings.
Although I was looking to find a guild that raided two days a week, unfortunately that is hard to find, I will have to step up.
A question for you guys regarding availability, do you have breaks doring raids?
When you say 20:00 server time, is that the point of the invite or the first killing? As 20:00 could be harsh for me to reach all three raid days.
