Bobi Would you mind linking the logs here after each raid so we can all have a look when we're pretending to be at work?

Of course, though linking them after each raid wouldn't be necessary. From the links below you can access Cry Havoc's logs library and you can freely browse through any logs we've recorded. We record the logs on two separate places because i personally find that WoL and AMR both have quite different and unique tools that complement each other quite well in giving us a more complete picture of our performance. World of Logs: worldoflogs.com/guild/eu/kazzak/cry-havocIn World of Logs you can have a more in-depth analysis of things such as - Damage done to target (to check who did good on the infernals last night for instance); Personal Buff up-times; how many procs you missed to use; and other things that can be key to personal and team development. And of course not to forget the awesome Rankings! Its one to beat your guildies on the DPS/HPS meters, but its a whole other story to be Top 10 in the whole of EU & US AskMrRobot: askmrrobot.com/wow/combatlog/guild/eu/kazzak/cry%20havoc AskMrRobot on the other hand has awesome Infographics that are not only very informative, but also quite fun and easy to use as well. You can easily see who and how much avoidable damage we've taken; who pre-potted; how were some key tanking (and not only) mechanics handled; how does your DPS compare to: 1) other people of your class and spec; and 2) people of the same IL as you (something that WoL fails to account for). And to top it all off, you are actually 'graded' on all of those things, giving you a relatively good indication of how each raider and we as a team are doing. So feel free to browse away and let me know if you have any questions on how to read the logs or if you are trying to find something in specific. P.S. Since i will be on holiday for the next 2 weeks, i wont be able to log the raids - Sorry about that P.P.S. Just to avoid confusion - I am the Bobi who Fabio refers to above
