This guy has changed a fair bit since release so it's almost a different fight.
The idea now is that it's much harder to do the fight in one Soul phase due to more rapid spawns of Sargerei Dominators and their casting Gift of the Man'aari before you can reasonably kill them.
Phase 1 is the same as ever. We used three groups of 2 players , in order, to stand in the Reverberating Smashes to soak the tank debuff while the tanks switch every 3 smashes.
In phase 2 we group up in the middle to make it easy for the construct to lay fire to kill haunting spirits. Kill order is Dominators then Haunting Spirits near the group then Boss. Shadowcallers are never attacked directly only cleaved. You'll want a 3 player interrupt order on the boss while everyone else interrupts Shadowcallers.
Gift targets will want to quickly move out and keep the raid between themselves and the haunting spirits portal so that haunting spirits move in a straight line making things predictable for the Construct pilot.
The Construct is fairly straightforward. You want to lay fire, using Charge, between the raid and the light blue Haunting Spirits portal. Never walk into spirits they will kill your construct. You can use volatile fel orb to kill spirits while melee-ing the dominators and boss and using every reverberating smash on the boss to maximize your damage. When the haunting spirit portal changes location you'll need to lay new fire be aware. You can use your Fel Prison ability to trap the constructs when a dominator is coming so the raid can focus it instead of spirits.
It is probably well to emphasize that the Construct deals an ENORMOUS amount of damage with its melee attacks and reverberating smash on the boss and dominators. You will nearly kill the boss by yourself as the Construct.
Since the changes, we found it best to kill 3 Sargerei Dominators in phase 2 then intentionally allow the boss to cast and phase back into phase 1. This will allow you to clean up all adds and allow your Gifts of the Man'aari debuffs to fall off. We used bloodlust on the third dominator since that will be a critical time for healers.
The boss seems to be bugged and not properly transitioning if you kill less than 3 dominators as adds still spawn in phase 1 quickly causing a wipe. Edit: This bug has been fixed. It's now possible and desirable to phase it after 2 dominators if the healing from 3 is too rough.
Kill the construct again the same way and get back into phase 2. At this point the boss should be sub 45%. The costruct pilot should be able to keep the haunting spirits Fel Prison'd for the rest of the encounter. Still lay fire as a precautionary though. Focus on Dominator and Boss DPS until the boss is dead.
