Overview:
Cry Havoc, initially an Al' Akir guild, formed on the cusp of the Lich King's demise, consisting of very experienced players who have been raiding together for 6+ years.
With Cataclysm's complete revamp of the raiding system, we formed a 10-man raiding team that consistently scored Top Realm-ranks and cleared full HC content in tiers 10 - 13, with time to spare, on a very relaxed raiding schedule.
The core of that same team just moved to Kazzak (H) and we are now looking to return the guild to its past stature, building a team with the same philosophy and standards in mind.
Recruitment
We pride ourselves on equaling, and indeed surpassing rival guilds whilst raiding far less hours than our competitors. If you value quality over quantity, than we may be the guild for you.
From us you can expect: To be part of a stable (once we fill in the team) and fair raiding system with skilled players who aim to clear all content before the next tier is released whilst raiding on a reasonable schedule (3 nights per week). The average candidate would be aged 21+, however we assess every individual on their merits, not on stats.
As raiding days we have pencilled: Wednesday; Thursday and Monday, however this can still be adjusted to fit the group at large.
From you we expect: Patience, while we get the raiding team re-formed. From then on, regular activity, pro-activeness in regards to researching about encounters and the latest of your class abilities, plus gearing via any method possible in order to perform at your maximum potential and finally, a willingness to learn from your mistakes in order to progress each and every raid. A good level of English is also essential.
