The following expectations will be in place starting from Wednesday's raid (09/09).
Raid Times:
There have been issues with people struggling to make the 8:00 (ST) start time. As such, raids now start 15 minutes later at 8:15, with invites beginning at 8:00. We will be commencing the first pull at 8:15, so if you are not in the raid group by then you won't be coming, unless you have consulted an officer beforehand about the reason for your delay. Raid end is unaffected.
Loot Council:
We will be using full Loot Council for all guild distributed loot. You will need to download and install the following add-on before the raid. if you do not have this, you won't be receiving loot.

Preparation:
We will be actively monitoring whether you have flasked up, used potions, and used optimal consumables throughout all attempts. Do not expect a feast to be provided; bring your own. You will be publicly berated if you fail to do so.
Performance:
Some Trial Raiders will not be making the team, and are hereby failed. Other players who we feel are under-performing are being given the opportunity to improve this, but if we do not see improvement will be permanently cut from the raiding roster. Whilst there are differences between gear and classes, everyone should be competitive. Especially now that we've seen the fights many times, the DPS/HPS numbers should be at a high level. Worried this refers to you? Better do your class research and practice outside of raids.
