Alright guys, its been a bit quieter both in here and in-game this last week so i want to go over a few things just to put everyone on the same page.
First and foremost, Archimonde HC is finally down and this definitely is something to be proud of. It is a milestone that bears both a positive and a negative side, both of which ought to be appreciated, however i think it is a clear indication that we are on the right track.
We managed to kill quite a difficult boss with a team that is still getting together, and with players who are still gearing up. It havent been two months since we started the guild from scratch and we already managed to clear 2/3 (quantitatively) of the content. It did take us some time, however all things considered (especially our late start to the expansion), i think we are doing very well compared to already established guilds with solid rosters and practiced teams.
More importantly, we showed consistency even though we lost some good players down the road. And that is an emphasis i think is worth making - we are in this for the long-run and forming a solid core will take some time and will involve people coming and going. We are still actively recruiting and even though recruitment is admittedly down lately, this is entirely expected given that we (the WoW Community) are entering into the 'dead-period' awaiting the next expansion. But with each day Legion nears and soon there will be plenty of old friends; ex-guildies; and new recruits coming back to the game and into the Guild.
Finally, even though we really gonna challenge for places in Legion, we cannot lose sight of HfC mythic. We finally can get into it and i think soon enough we will. The first three bosses are just as 'hard' (if not easier) as Archi HCT, so even though we still dont have the numbers to do that independently, decent pugs abound and we can all get some decent taste of Mythic in the near future.
So if any of you guys have any recruitment leads, comments, ideas or suggestions related to the above, please feel free to share with us all. If not - well done again and see you all for the raid tonight
Cheers
